Emily joined the Pine Brook team in January 2021 as the Food & Beverage Director.
She graduated from the University of New Hampshire (UNH) with a B.S. in Hospitality Management and EcoGastronomy. During her time at UNH, she also studied at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy as well as completed internships at both Bald Peak Colony Club and The Country Club.
Prior to joining the Pine Brook team, Emily started her career at The Country Club in Chestnut Hill, MA as an assistant manager and was later promoted to the role of Director of Events. She spent nearly ten years at The Country Club.
She is currently on the Board of Directors for the New England Club Managers Association. She obtained her Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation in 2017.
Originally from Sandy Hook, CT, Emily now resides in Charlestown with her husband, Ryan, who is also in the hospitality industry.
