Executive Chef Jason Cohen leads the culinary team at Pine Brook. He discovered his passion for cooking at a young age while baking and cooking in his grandmotherís kitchen. His curiosity about food led to an after school job at a fish market, and he continued on to earn a Bachelorís Degree at the Culinary Institute of America.
Chef Jason developed a love of Asian cuisine under Ming Tsai at his world-renowned Blue Ginger, as well at the Sole Proprietor in Worcester, where he was a sushi chef. His menu is influenced by not only this experience but also by bold, fresh flavors and using the best of whatís in season.
Chef Jason has been Executive Chef of Pine Brook since 2013. He resides in Maynard, MA with his wife Sara and their twin boys, Noah and Reese.
